A RAVEN BOX is a complete gift, wrapped by hand and ready to give. We choose the pieces so they go together, add ribbon, tissue and a blank card, and you receive one finished box.
No. Every box is sold whole, so the contents list on each box page shows exactly what you receive. We do not sell the pieces separately.
You pay the delivery person in cash when the box arrives. There is nothing to pay online.
We call the phone number you gave us to confirm your order and the delivery details. We only prepare your box once it is confirmed, so please keep your phone close.
We deliver across Tunisia. The delivery fee depends on your governorate and you see it at checkout before you place the order. When your cart reaches the free-delivery amount, delivery is free, and the cart shows how much is left to reach it.
We call you within 12 hours to confirm your order. After that call, your box is delivered within 72 hours maximum.
Every box comes with a blank card, so you can write your own message by hand. We cannot write gift notes for you yet.
Yes, until we start preparing it. Call or message us as soon as you can and we will update or cancel it.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the problem. We will replace the box or the missing item, or refund you.
Open the Track order page and enter your order reference and phone number. You can also use the reference we showed you after checkout.
Type the code in the Promo code box at checkout and press Check. If it is valid, the discount appears in your order summary straight away.
